(半熟)原味凹蛋糕

材料
全蛋2個
蛋黃2個
砂糖30g
味霖60ml
低筋麵粉30g
香草精少許

1 .將味霖倒入小鍋中煮到濃縮成一半30ml後放涼備用.模型內烘培紙鋪好備用.

2 烤箱170度預熱.將放涼後的味霖和全蛋.蛋.砂糖一起倒入乾淨的盆中.底下隔個熱水打發到乳白色濕性打發.
就是麵糊滴下來後不會馬上消失.

3 再將香草精和過篩的麵粉加入後用橡皮刮刀輕輕拌勻.

4 倒入鋪好紙型的模中.放入烤箱170度烤25分鐘.竹籤插入後若沒有沾黏就是熟了.如果要半熟的話就是170度烤15-18分鐘.(依各家烤箱而定)

5 放一下馬上就會變凹了.蓋上鋁薄紙放一晚後再食用更加美味∼
