奶油蒜酥花椰菜

花椰菜1顆
蒜末5-6瓣切碎
有鹽奶油1大塊
麵包粉3-4大匙
鹽少許

1 取一鍋水煮滾後加少許鹽巴,汆燙花椰菜約1分鐘後取出瀝乾備用

2 放少許油熱鍋後轉中小火爆香蒜末,放入有鹽奶油一大塊,和蒜末一起拌炒,
要一直攪拌蒜末噢!要注意火別開太大而讓蒜末焦掉,否則會有焦苦味

3 奶油蒜末拌炒得差不多就可以下適量的麵包粉一起拌炒至乾乾的酥脆狀態,
然後再下花椰菜拌炒,即可完成
